Version: 1.2

A traditional english tea, earl grey tea is made by combining quality black teas with the essential oil of the bergamot fruit, an orange-like fruit grown in the Mediterranean. This tea is named after the earl, Charles Grey from 19th century England. Earl Grey learned the recipe from the Chinese. Today earl grey tea has seen many improvements including the addition of lavender flowers, cream, and the application to other tea types (i.e. Rooibos Earl Grey Tea).
